Israel Received Remains of Deceased Hostage from Gaza

  • Israel received the remains of a deceased hostage through the Red Cross.
  • This is already the fourth transfer of deceased hostages in the past week.
  • Since the beginning of the conflict in Gaza, over 68 thousand people have died.

Israel received remains that, according to Hamas, belong to the deceased hostage. The transfer took place on November 7, 2025, through the Red Cross. This is already the fourth similar transfer in the past week.

The remains were transferred from Gaza, and it is confirmed that they belong to the hostage, while five more deceased hostages remain in Gaza. Earlier, on November 5, Israel received remains of another hostage, and on November 2 and 4 - remains of others.

The transfer of deceased hostages is one of the key conditions of the peace agreement that was concluded with the mediation of the USA. In the framework of the first stage of the agreement, Hamas returned 20 living hostages and 22 of the 28 deceased.

According to the data from the Ministry of Health of Gaza, since the beginning of the conflict, at least 68,875 people have died. In response to the attacks by Hamas on July 7, when about 1,200 Israelis were killed, Israel launched a military operation in Gaza.

Meanwhile, in Tel Aviv, protests by the families of hostages continue, demanding the return of all missing persons.
