PISA, Italy (AP) — On Friday, the Pisa team secured a victory over Kreminese with a score of 1-0, marking its first win in Serie A after a gap of three decades.

Pisa returned to Serie A this season after a 34-year absence. The last time the team won in the elite division was in April 1991, when they defeated Bari 1-0.

In the match, Pisa was the better team in the first half, but Kreminese did not threaten the goal. The winning goal was scored by Idrissa Toure, who netted a pass from Matteo Tramoni 15 minutes before the end of the match.

This was the first goal for the German forward this season.

After the victory, Pisa climbed to 15th place in the table, while Kreminese remained in 10th, five points higher.
