Meanwhile, on the morning of November 8, Russian forces targeted critical infrastructure in the Kirovohrad region, which led to a fire. The head of the Kirovohrad regional military administration, Andriy Raikovych, stated that there are no casualties, and emergency services are working at the scene.

As a result of the attack on energy facilities, the city of Kremenchuk was left without electricity. Mayor of Kremenchuk Vitaliy Malevsky reported that electricity supply is completely absent, but local services are working to ensure water supply and heating.

Attacks on Ukraine continue with the use of drones and missiles, with explosions recorded in several regions, including Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Sumy. As a result of the shelling in the Poltava region, one person sustained injuries.

All responsible services are mobilized for the liquidation of the consequences of the attack, and a schedule of emergency power outages has been introduced in the regions.
