BRISBANE, Australia (AP) — Australia captain Mitch Marsh won the toss and elected to bat in humid conditions on Saturday, hoping to level the series 2-2 at the Gabba stadium.

There are expected to be showers and possible storms, which could shorten the game. This means that India’s batsmen will need to score quickly from the outset.

India is leading the series 2-1 after winning the last match by 48 runs at the Gold Coast, where Washington Sundar took three wickets for five runs.

The Australians retained the same squad, while India made one change: Rinka Singh replaced Tilak Varma in the batting order.

Australia scored their last seven victories for 28 points at the Gold Coast, finishing the game with 119 points, which is the second lowest score in the T20 series at home, aiming to surpass 168.
