Russia Attacks Ukraine's Gas Infrastructure for the Ninth Time

On the morning of November 8, the Russian Federation launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine's gas infrastructure since the beginning of July. As a result of the shelling, an employee of the state-owned company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" was injured, and production equipment was also damaged. This was reported by the head of the company, Sergey Koretsky, on Facebook.
Koretsky noted that during the attack, missiles and drones were used, and direct hits were recorded. The injured employee is receiving medical assistance. Rescuers are working on site, and as soon as the situation allows, specialists will begin recovery work.
The head of "Naftogaz" emphasized that this is yet another premeditated attack aimed at depriving Ukrainians of gas, heat, and electricity in winter. He also pointed out that every such strike threatens lives.
