Cam Norrie acknowledged the defeat to Learner Tien in the final of the Moselle Open, which took place in Metz. Tien, a 19-year-old American tennis player, claimed his first title on the tour, winning the match with a score of 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (8-6).

Norrie, who lost in the final of the Benjamin Bonzi last year, started by winning the first set, but was unable to maintain the lead in the second. In the deciding set, Norrie found himself trailing 1-4, but managed to come back, winning three games in a row, and took the lead 5-1 in the tiebreak.

However, Tien did not give up and, capitalizing on his chances, finished the match on his own serve, closing it out with a second match point. This victory became significant for the young player, who now has the opportunity to compete in the Australian Open qualifying rounds.
