T20 World Cup 2026 Matches to be Held

The T20 World Cup 2026 will be held in India and Sri Lanka from July 7 to August 8. The England team will meet the tournament debutant Italy in Group C, and will also compete against Nepal, West Indies, and Bangladesh.

England will begin their tournament journey on July 8 in Mumbai with a match against Nepal. Subsequently, on July 11, the team will face West Indies, and on July 14 – Bangladesh in Kolkata. The match against Italy is scheduled for July 16 in Kolkata.

At the same time, the Indian champions will meet Pakistan in Group A. These teams will play on July 15 in Colombo, and this will be their first encounter since the last matches in the 2025 Asia Cup.

The tournament will feature 20 teams, divided into four groups of five teams each. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super Eights stage. The semifinals will take place on February 4 and 5, while the final is scheduled for February 8 in Ahmedabad or Kolkata, depending on whether Pakistan progresses to the final.
