According to Trump, drones represent a new type of weaponry that dominates the conflict between the two countries. He emphasized that the effectiveness of drones has surprised him, as no one expected such capabilities three years ago.

The President described drones as fast and intelligent tools of warfare used by both sides, who are also learning from combat experience to improve their actions. Trump believes that drones can replace many traditional types of weaponry, including aircraft.

The Use of Drones in the Ukraine-Russia War

Over the three years of full-scale war, Ukraine has significantly increased the production of various types of drones to combat Russian forces. According to the latest data from the Ministry of Defense, the country is capable of producing about 10 million drones of various types annually.

At the end of May, the Armed Forces of Ukraine received hundreds of AI-powered drones from the Czech company LPP Holding.

At the same time, Russian troops continue to adapt their drone designs and adjust attack routes on Ukraine. Recently, Russian forces used the Geran-3 jet drone for the first time to attack Kyiv.
