The trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs is ongoing in New York, where his attorney expressed concerns about increasing secrecy in the case. At the hearing held on June 12, 2025, attorney Mars Agnifilo stated that Combs and the public were excluded from an important meeting, which delayed the start of the sixth day of testimony.

A witness known in court by the pseudonym "Jane", who had a relationship with Combs from 2001 until his arrest in September 2024, testified about events that occurred during a trip to Las Vegas in January 2023, when she attended a party in a hotel room with Combs and another well-known rapper.

Jane described how sexual acts occurred at the party, emphasizing that all participants were of legal age and acted consensually. The defense attorney attempted to gather more information about these events; however, the judge prohibited public access to materials related to personal life.

During her testimony, Jane also spoke about violence in her relationship with Combs, particularly about fights that occurred after a video documenting his assault on Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura, his ex-girlfriend, was published. She confirmed that Diddy often pressured her to participate in sexual "guests," despite her lack of interest.

The defense attorney denies the allegations, asserting that this is an attempt to persecute Combs for his lifestyle rather than for any crimes. Following Jane's testimony, the prosecution plans to call new witnesses to continue the case.
