The number of internally displaced persons in the city of Sumy is rising. The head of the charity organization "Pluriton," Kateryna Arisoy, noted that evacuations have been announced in more than 200 settlements. Recently, a Russian missile strike on the city resulted in the deaths of three people and injuries to 28, including three children.
