Austrian Ambassador Begins Diplomatic Mission in Ukraine

Diplomatic Mission of the New Austrian Ambassador
On June 13, the new Austrian ambassador to Ukraine, Robert Müller, presented his credentials to the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, marking the official start of his mission.
During the meeting, Zelensky thanked Austria for its humanitarian and financial assistance since the onset of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, as well as for medical treatment and recreation for Ukrainian children.
Zelensky and Müller also discussed the potential involvement of Austrian companies in the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war and the development of bilateral cooperation.
Presentation of Credentials
Volodymyr Zelensky also received credentials from the newly appointed ambassadors of Kazakhstan, Toleuzhan Barlibaev, and Austria, Robert Müller.
The President welcomed the ambassadors on the start of their diplomatic mission in Ukraine and noted that the country looks forward to effective and close cooperation.
During the conversation with the Kazakh ambassador, issues concerning the strengthening of bilateral trade and the resumption of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Kazakh Commission on Economic Cooperation were discussed.
Particular attention was paid to humanitarian cooperation and the continuation of the program for improving the health of Ukrainian children in Kazakhstan.
Both meetings underscored the importance of international support and cooperation in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
