Discussion between Putin, Netanyahu, and Pezeshkian

On June 13, 2025, Russian President Vladimir Putin held phone conversations with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

In his conversation with Netanyahu, Putin emphasized that Russia condemns Israel's actions that violate the UN Charter and international law. The Kremlin's press service reported that Putin stressed the importance of returning to the negotiation process regarding Iran's nuclear program.

In turn, during the conversation with Pezeshkian, Putin expressed condolences to the families of those who died as a result of Israeli strikes, which caused significant losses among military personnel, scientists, and civilians.

The Kremlin noted that Russia will maintain close contact with both countries to promote a diplomatic resolution to the situation.
