Zelensky Reports on the Halt of Russian Forces in the Sumy Region
- Combat operations continue on the Sumy front, where Russian troops have been halted.

Situation on the Front in the Sumy Region
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that combat operations are taking place along the border on the Sumy front, where Russian forces have been halted. According to him, there are 53,000 Russian troops in this direction, and the maximum depth of the fighting is 7 km from the border.
Actions in the Dnipropetrovsk Region
Zelensky also noted that in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces are attempting to create an information background regarding their offensive, but there is currently no actual advancement. He emphasized that the Russians are using small reconnaissance groups to establish their presence at the administrative border.
Fighting in Other Directions
The President pointed out that serious fighting is also occurring towards Kostiantynivka, where Ukrainian forces are gradually advancing. At the same time, the threat on the Luhansk front has been eliminated, and control in Andriivka has been restored.
Zelensky emphasized that although Russian forces have certain advantages, the Ukrainian military continues to engage in active combat and does not allow the enemy to advance further.
