Conducted a prisoner exchange with Russia for the fourth time in a week

Prisoner Exchange
On June 14, 2025, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced the fourth prisoner exchange with the Russian Federation within one week.
On his page on Telegram, he noted: "We continue to bring our people back from Russian captivity. This is already the fourth exchange this week."
Zelensky emphasized that many of those who returned to Ukraine had been in captivity since 2022. Among them are military personnel from the Armed Forces, National Guard, State Border Guard Service, and the State Special Transport Service.
"It is our absolute duty to free all of them, and we are working on this so that no one is left in the hands of the enemy. Thank you to everyone who helps," the President added.
The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, reported that the oldest person who returned from Russian captivity is 63 years old, and the youngest is 21 years old.
It was previously reported that on June 12, the second stage of the exchange between Ukraine and Russia took place, involving severely wounded and ill prisoners of war.
Some of the military personnel returned that day had been declared missing in action.
